Opened in 2006, we’ve earned numerous honors and awards, including Best Insurance Agency awards in South Shore the in 2008, 2010, 2011, & 2012, a four-time Premier Service Agency, a two-time Regional Champion, and a Chairman’s Circle award winner…just to name a few. Although awards are nice, the reason we value these are because they are based on Customer Feedback rather than just being sales awards…

Joel Meek – Agent / Owner

Originally from Tennessee, Joel completed his Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 1998. Following college, he accepted an analyst position for a local trucking company. After two years, he began his insurance career as a Financial Analyst for Allstate Insurance in Nashville, TN. A few years later, he was moved to Allstate’s corporate office in Northbrook, IL, where he served as a Financial Manager & Consultant. In 2006, he and his wife (Irma) moved to Florida to open All Bay Insurance Group. Joel and Irma currently reside in Ruskin, FL with their two children (Amelia and Brody).
Joel is an active member in the South Shore community. He served as the 2012 President of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, 2012 Vice Chairman of the South Shore Round Table, is the Member Benefits Chair of the South Shore Young Professionals, and is an active member of the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce & South Shore Business Association.

David McLauchlin – Sr. Account Executive
David was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. He started his insurance career in 2001 with a prominent Life Insurance company. In 2003, David and his wife moved to Riverview, FL, and he expanded his Insurance knowledge in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry working in Sarasota and Manatee county. Combining his background of customer service and over 5 years’ experience in property and casualty, David joined All Bay Insurance Group in 2009, and now helps serve this agency’s loyal clients. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children here in the South Hillsborough area and looks forward to building relationships with additional families and clients in the area.

Timothy Charpentier – Account Executive
Although born in New Jersey, Timothy has spent nearly his entire life in the South Tampa and South Shore areas. Timothy’s experience can be summarized as Customer-Focused from his 20 years in Customer Service with Tampa Electric to his time as a mortgage broker and a hard-working FedEx driver. Timothy joined All Bay Insurance Group at the beginning of 2013 and serves as one of our wonderful Account Executives.

Irma Meek – Customer Service Representative
Irma was born in Albania (located in the Mediterranean near Greece) and lived there until coming to the United States in her teens. She and Joel met while in school and were married in 1998. Irma has extensive experience in Customer Service, and she obtained her 4-40 Insurance License in 2006. Irma helps ensure each customer’s information is updated to enable a smooth experience for the customer. Irma resides in Ruskin, FL with Joel and their two children (Amelia and Brody). If you don’t see Irma at the office on your visit, it’s probably because she is taking care of Amelia and Brody or helping out at their school.
